We have an immediate need for an Application Engineer to join our growing team in Espoo, Finland. This individual will work on a fast-paced, client-facing team that provides technical sales support and consultancy services. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of programming experience with Python or another object oriented language, strong problem solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a full time position.

Desired Education

You should have graduated with a Masters or Bachelor degree in one of the following areas:

  • Production Engineering
  • Automation Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Computer Science

Desired Experience

  • Strong programming skills. Python and C# are preferred, experience with another object-oriented language is a plus.
  • 3D simulation and/or 3D modeling. Experience using our products is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of robot applications is considered an advantage
  • Professional proficiency in English is required, experience with other languages is a plus.
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

We are looking for Sales Coordinator to join our growing team at our headquarters in Espoo, Finland.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for qualifying leads acquired through a variety of channels. They will then facilitate a handoff to the Visual Components sales team or partners. Additionally, this position will include some cold-calling and administration work for the sales team.


Our ideal candidate has a suitable educational background and previous working experience in B2B sales, preferably by phone. You are a social, self- and sales-oriented person with great communication skills. We are looking for a driven person, who has a strong interest towards sales and building strong customer relations. We also require fluent English language skills, both written and oral.

We have an immediate need for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and growing the acceptance of the Visual Components product portfolio within the DACH region. They will drive sales and market development of Visual Components products and services in their assigned territory, and be responsible for achieving yearly defined financial targets and business objectives. This position reports to the Managing Director and will work closely with our Technical Sales Team and Partners.


  • Create and execute a business plan which includes target customer segments, resources, and which solves business needs for the defined Territory/Industry segments. (DACH)
  • Plan and execute selling strategies in order to grow the revenue base and/or adoption cycle for the Visual Components portfolio and form strong relationships with customers/partners, and other internal sales teams.
  • High level of outbound prospecting into competitive / nonuser accounts.
  • Attend regular customer/partner meetings, events, and training (internal & external).
  • Provide regular feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams regarding the VC products.
  • Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business in the specified territory.
  • Drive both direct and indirect sales opportunities with internal Visual Components sales teams, and resellers in order to build, maintain & grow opportunity pipeline within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with marketing team in order to run/attend events in line with company growth strategies.
  • Act as a representative of Visual Components, and give presentations to client groups.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
  • Utilize and refine sales collateral provided by technical marketing to develop effective and repeatable sales plays that lead to increased adoption of Visual Components solutions.
  • Determine positioning, identify business requirements, and utilize relevant forums and associations to increase awareness of assigned product.
